Non-Discrimination Statement
The Board of Education does not discriminate on the basis of any characteristic protected under State or Federal law including, but not limited to, sex, race, religion, national origin, ancestry, creed, pregnancy, marital status, parental status, sexual orientation, or physical, mental, emotional, or learning disability in any of its student programs and activities. This policy prohibits any form of discrimination as defined by State or Federal law including, but not limited to, Title II, Title VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendment Act of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Age Act. The Mequon-Thiensville School District will make reasonable accommodations for a qualified individual with a disability.
