The Mequon-Thiensville School District staff numbers over 300 elementary, middle, and high school teachers and guidance counselors, 66 percent of whom have advanced degrees. The district also employs 125 support staff members.
The school district devotes considerable resources annually to all areas of the curriculum. Yearly, elementary through high school staff engage in the planning, development, implementation, and assessment of curricular programs.
Each school conducts frequent staff and department meetings to evaluate their goals and plans. New course materials, methods, and evaluation techniques are researched and implemented to fit the needs of students. In addition to their teaching and supervisory responsibilities, many staff members are involved in clubs and extra-curricular activities including sports and school service organizations.
The schools and professional staff are committed to ensuring that each student receives the very best educational services.
