As principal of Wilson Elementary I am delighted to welcome you to our website. Here at Wilson we are proud to be part of a community that recognizes the importance of meeting the academic, social and emotional needs of all students. It is our goal to provide Wilson students with the most meaningful learning experiences, and to support them as they navigate a rigorous and authentic curriculum.
Along with a commitment to the classroom, we at Wilson value a strong sense of community. This is built through the interactions we have with one another, and the respect that is shown on a daily basis. Staff and parents work in tandem to encourage students to respect themselves, and others, as well as to maintain an awareness of the needs of those around them so that they will continue to give back as they get older.
Our motto states that Wilson is a place to learn, love, laugh and live. I truly believe that these words drive our efforts, and serve as a reminder for where our priorities must always be placed…with the children. Together we will ensure that the curiosity kids enter school with will remain with them for years to come.
