Meetings

The Mequon-Thiensville School District Board of Education is now conducting hybrid meetings.

This format allows those viewing the meeting remotely the same level of participation as those attending in-person. Allowing for equal access to the meeting by all participants, regardless of in-person or virtual attendance, is a priority for the Board and we look forward to ensuring all members of the public are able to participate in meetings in their preferred format.

For more information on accessing a meeting as a member of the public, please view the meeting agenda in BoardDocs and click on Public Access to the Meeting. Community members who wish to access a board meeting virtually are asked to fill out the Google form below at least two hours prior to the posted start time. A passcode will then be provided, allowing access to the meeting online or by phone. Reasonable accommodations will be made for those who are unable to attend the meeting in the methods identified with at least two hours’ notice. Notice can be given to asievers@mtsd.k12.wi.us.
