Transcript Request

If you are a current Homestead student: you must request a transcript by picking up a yellow transcript request form from the counseling office.  Please allow 2 weeks processing time.

If you require an unofficial transcript, please come to the counseling office, or access it in your Infinite Campus Portal under the "Reports" section.

If you are a graduate of Homestead: Please complete this online alumni transcript request form.
