Inquiry Wing

The Homestead High School Inquiry Wing serves to empower students and staff as critical thinkers, skillful researchers, passionate readers, and effective and ethical users of technology and ideas. The Inquiry Wing consists of three zones available to individuals and classes.

Zone 1 is open to all students 7 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. daily and provides an inviting study environment filled with academic resources, technology, and trained staff - all in support of meeting the individual needs of students.

Zone 2 provides a home for the AP Capstone courses, AP Seminar and AP Research, fostering research, collaboration, and communication skills while complementing and enhancing the discipline-specific study in other courses.

Zone 3 is a flexible and technologically-rich learning environment accessible to all classes throughout the school day and beyond.
