Here is what you need to do to be ready for the next school year:

1) Annual Online Registration

Beginning June 1st, all families must complete the annual online registration for the upcoming school year. Parents and guardians can complete online registration in their Infinite Campus parent portal. Please complete online registration by August 1st.

2) Pay Student Fees

Student fees will be accessible beginning on August 1st and may be paid online in their Infinite Campus parent portal. Please pay student fees on or before September 1st. To access student fees, login to your portal account and select Fees in the left side navigation.

3) Review Back to School Information

School Pictures

School pictures will be taken by VIP during the school day on September 9th. Watch your email for more information in September.

School portraits will be shipped directly to families - orders cannot be sent to the school.
In order to avoid extra shipping costs, families are encouraged to wait to order until they have selected final portraits for each of their children.

Transportation and Busing

Our transportation partner, Go Riteway, prepares bus routes each year in consultation with the Mequon-Thiensville School District based on school start and end times and student population densities. You will be required to enter your child's transportation routing information during the online enrollment process.

The last day for families to submit transportation changes is August 7th. In order to finalize routes, no other requests after August 7th will be finalized until September 11th.
Bus route information will be viewable on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal on August 21st. Route information will NOT be mailed home.

Before and After School Care

Kids' Campus Before & After School Care

Kids’ Campus is a before and after school program available for children in 4K through 5th grade offered by the Mequon-Thiensville School District and Recreation Department. Programs are conveniently located at Donges Bay, Oriole Lane and Wilson elementary schools to ensure a smooth transition between the school day and before and after school care. We do not offer full-day wraparound care for students in the half-day 4K program.

Learn more and register for Kids' Campus. You must complete registration no later than the Wednesday before classes begin in order to have access to before and/or after school care on that first day of school.

4K Wrap Care

The Mequon-Thiensville Recreation Department is pleased to offer on-site 4K Wrap Care for our families with children enrolled in four-year-old kindergarten at Donges Bay, Oriole Lane, and Wilson Elementary schools. The program will be offered from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., with AM and PM sessions available.

Health Care Plans and Medication

The district supports the health and wellness of all of our students. In helping to ensure that your child has access to the appropriate medical treatment during the school day, it is necessary that we have all relevant emergency and/or medication forms on file.

All medication (prescribed or OTC) that is administered to students or taken by a student while at school requires a permission form. All prescribed medications need a physician’s signature.

PTO Information

Free and Reduced Meal Application

The free and reduced meal application is available online beginning August 1. You may complete and submit the form online, or download a printable version to complete and submit. Copies of the application are also available in each school office and the district office. If you plan to submit a printed copy, please do so at the Mequon-Thiensville School District office, located at 5000 W. Mequon Road. The free and reduced meal application can be submitted anytime during the school year. Yearbook Ordering

All yearbook orders will be placed through Infinite Campus. We strongly encourage families to order yearbooks when paying for school fees in August, or by May 1 at the latest.

Families may check to see if they've ordered a yearbook by viewing paid fees in Infinite Campus, or may contact their school office to verify that they ordered a yearbook.

Any family wishing to order extra copies of the yearbook (beyond 1 per student) should place their order and facilitate payment directly with a member of their school office staff.

How do I login to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal or reset my password?

Parents who are new to the district will receive an email with personalized Infinite Campus login and password details upon enrolling in the district.

If you have previously logged in to Infinite Campus but have forgotten your username and/or password, you can now change your login credentials by selecting the "Forgot Password?" or "Forgot Username?" links found on the portal login page.

How do I pay my student fees?

Student fees will be accessible beginning August 1st and may be paid online in the Infinite Campus parent portal . How do I complete my annual online registration?

All families must complete online registration annually through the Infinite Campus portal. Online registration for the upcoming school year begins on June 1. Can I make changes to my child's bus route?

In order to finalize the routes, no transportation changes/requests will be processed between August 7 and September 11.

My student needs more than 1 pickup/drop off location for their school bus. How can I get approved to have more than 1 bus route for my students?

Along with home-to-school and school-to-home services, the Mequon-Thiensville School District offers additional transportation options to provide flexibility to our families. Students may be picked up and/or delivered to a point other than their designated home bus stop if certain criteria are met. Families may choose one bus stop location for arrival (pick up), and one bus stop location for dismissal (drop-off). Exceptions may be considered if there is legal documentation that would warrant such consideration. Please contact your school office if you feel this exception applies to you.

Can I tour the school with my student to make them more comfortable for the school year?

My child did not attend MTSD schools last year. How do I enroll my child?

You must be a resident within the Mequon - Thiensville District boundaries to enroll your child. If you live outside the area, the open-enrollment application period for the 25-26 school year is now closed. Please click here for information regarding open enrollment for the 26-27 school year, which begins in February and runs through the end of April.

Back to School Bash

Celebrate the start of back-to-school on Saturday, August 22 behind Range Line Community Center! The schedule will include music, group performances, games and events for the entire family. Food truck, concessions, bounce houses, and ice cream. Meet representatives from the local PTOs, MTEF, Homestead Boosters and other community organizations. Purchase spirit wear from your favorite school. Join us from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.!
