May 4th through 8th is Teacher Appreciation Week! Please keep an eye out for communication from the PTO for how you can help celebrate our teachers. We typically ask for parent volunteers to facilitate a homeroom lesson where students write notes of gratitude to their teachers. This serves a dual purpose of also giving our hardworking teachers an extra break during the day! Please use this link to sign up Volunteer Link

The Steffen Student Council food drive starts Monday, April 13th and runs all the way through Friday, April 24th. List of foods the pantry currently needs found here Food Drive List. Our goal is to collect 1,000 items as an entire school. If we collect 1,000 items, the whole school will get an extra 15 minutes of recess. The top homeroom will get a bin of candy (from the Ozaukee Food Alliance).

• 7:30-9:30pm 8th Grade Promotion Celebration at Steffen

8th Grade Promotion - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

Our 8th graders are just a couple of short months away from their final days at Steffen. It has been a tradition to send them off with some special recognitions and surprises, culminating in a celebration at school after their Promotion Ceremony.

Calling all parents of current 8th to 11th grade MTSD students! The Wilson Fun Fair is coming up on Saturday, May 9 from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM at Wilson School, and we’re looking for volunteers to help make the day magical for our district’s youngest students.

Volunteering is a great way to earn service hours and merit hours for the 2026–2027 school year while being part of a fun community event! Encourage your older students to be part of the fun and help make this a special day for Wilson students!

 The electronic volunteer sign-up will be released in April, so keep an eye out for the link.
