We welcome all Wilson students in grades 3-5 to participate in an in-person, school-wide Scripps Spelling Bee, Friday, January 24, 2025, at 6:00 pm in the Wilson south gym. The winner will be eligible to continue on to the CESA 1 Regional Competition in February.

All students will be combined; there will NOT be a grade level winner, just one winner for the school. Candy will be distributed to all participants! Reach out to Kathlyn Albert with questions kathlyna1@yahoo.com

Calling all parents! The Wilson PTO is looking for volunteers to supervise in classrooms during lunch/recess time on Friday, December 20th from 11am to 1pm while the staff gathers together for a holiday luncheon.

Responsibilities would be making sure kids are eating their lunch and behaving while watching a movie during their recess time.

The Fun Run was a huge success. We raised $37,787.

We had the best time at the celebration assembly. Staff from each grade level and our SRO Officers surprised the kids with an inflatable character race! PTO announced grade level, classroom, and individual student winners and raffled off 4 students per grade level just for participation. The Wilson students and staff cannot thank you enough for your support! We cannot wait to show you our new natural play area, tell you all about the composting program and highlight the teacher mini grant purchases.

Please note that anyone volunteering in the school (reading in classrooms), on field trips, etc. must complete a successful background check. It typically takes one week to get results, so we encourage anyone that may volunteer to complete it now.

Background checks are valid for 3 years.

If we do not have confirmation of a successful background check you will NOT be allowed to volunteer, regardless of the circumstances. The link can be found here.
