Register Today for the MTEF Trick-or-Trot! 🎃👟
Dear MTSD Families,
Join us for the Mequon-Thiensville Education Foundation’s 5th annual Trick-or-Trot Community 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, October 11 at Homestead High School! This family-friendly event celebrates fitness, community, Halloween, and all six of our MTSD schools. Wear your favorite Halloween costume and choose between the full 5K Run/Walk or the 1-Mile route, which features trick-or-treating stations along the path for kids!
School Competition: When you register, be sure to join your school’s mascot team or register as an individual. The school that raises the most money (registrations and donations combined) will win a special surprise VIP experience for their school!
Event Schedule (Near the Homestead Tennis Courts & Track):
- 12:15 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Check-in/Registration, music, photo ops with school mascots, and non-perishable food collection for Family Sharing
- 1:00 p.m.: Mascot Dash followed by the Kids' Halloween Costume Lap at the track
- 1:30 p.m.: 5K & 1-Mile Trick-or-Treat routes begin
- Post-Race: Complimentary snacks and drinks at the Piggly Wiggly Recharge Station
- Through Sept 23: Adult (13+) $35 | Youth (4–12) $25 | Child (0–3) Free (includes event t-shirt and swag bag)
- Sept 24 – Oct 10: Adult $35 | Youth $25 (includes swag bag only)
- Race Day (Oct 11): Ages 4+ $40 (no t-shirt or swag bag)
